Since July 2003 the working group of multimedia services is a part of the Center for IT Services and is responsible for all topics related to the use of multimedia in research and education.

The respective employees offer support and help with operating available multimedia equipment as well as with purchasing new equipment. Instruction and training in the use of multimedia technology, e.g. how to set up video conferences, is another part of this group's work.
