Support and General Information

Students and employees can contact the Helpdesk with all general questions about IT Services at the University of Würzburg. Separate points of contact exist for special topics like hardware support or distribution of software.

When looking for further information about specific subjects you can find an alphabetical listing of relevant terms under A-Z and a list of Frequently Asked Questions (with answers) under FAQ. Under Search you can find a web-form for full-text search in the pages of the Center for IT-Services.

In order to quickly spread news to interested parties, the Center for IT Services has set up a mailing list, for which you can sign up here. The IT Services Newsletter is distributed via this mailing list.

Information about current Projects, about IT-Security and about Training Courses can be reached via the respective menu items.
