In the User-Portal you can obtain information about your personal user account as well as managed functional accounts, groups and organizational units. Furthermore, you can conduct several management actions online.
You can obtain information regarding your mail system, network drives, employment status (as well as expiration date of the account), your functional accounts, group memberships and the organizational assignment.
Additionally, you can change or reset the password of your account and file applications for IT services directly online.
In the User-Portal, you cannot only service yourself, but e.g. also modify passwords for your managed functional accounts.
If you are the owner of a group, you are also able to administrate your group. If you manage an organizational unit, you can review applications of your employees.
