All students, employees and guests receive an e-mail address and associated mailbox together with their user account. The mailbox is created in the Exchange/Outlook system.
Storage space
Students receive a mailbox with 1 GB of storage space. This cannot be increased.
Employees, staff and guests receive a mailbox with 5 GB of storage space. It can be increased via the user portal (Requests - Available requests - Exchange: Change storage space or IMAP quota) or by requesting more storage space for your mailbox.
If the storage space is used up, you can no longer send new messages in the mail system.
