To resolve existing eduroam connection problems in Windows 11 or prevent them from occurring in the first place, update the easyroam app.

From Wednesday, 11 February 2026, WueTeams will only be accessible from outside the university (home office, Wi-Fi) via VPN.

From Monday, 10 November, you will only be able to connect to the university network via Cisco VPN using multi-factor authentication (MFA) via WueLogin. From this date onwards, it will no longer be possible to log in using functional accounts.
